Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers located within the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area (EEA). These jurisdictions provide an "adequate level of protection" as defined by Swiss authorities.

5. THIRD-PARTY TRANSMISSIONS (REAL Estate AGENCIES)

The client acknowledges that most Geneva real estate agencies (Régies) require applications to be submitted via unencrypted email or their own web portals. By providing your documents, you expressly consent to Attiga transmitting your data through these specific channels as required by the agencies to complete your application. We cannot be held liable for the security practices of these third-party recipients.
